I appreciated being able to get my car in for an oil change and vehicle check on the same day I called. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and my car returned after being washed. I was most grateful.

Me and My Fiancé originally came to look a truck. We met with Troy Caldwell and he showed us some wonderful options. He eventually showed us the 2024 GMC Terrain, and My Fiancé fell in love with it and so did I. We love our new car! Troy and everyone who helps was so wonderful and set us up with a great deal and helped us through the entire process! A Big Thank you to everyone who helped us, Especially Troy!

I was with my gf at the dealership for maintenance and a tire repair on the Friday before Labor day 2024. After completing their work we received the vehicle in a not so timely fashion but it was the Friday before a holiday. The service writer said everything had been completed and the car was parked outside to pick up. On Tuesday morning Kim went to work and her tire pressure warning system called out a low tire. Same one yes. I personally drove 30 minutes to pick up the car and return it to see why the tire was low again. I was told that they couldn't fix the tire due to the angle at which the nail entered the tread.
I replied that I personally have repaired thousands of different kinds of tires and this little puncture shouldn't be a problem.
Next the service writer says that he can give recommendations for new tires at which point I asked to have the spare installed which they did. Then I took the tire to a repair shop where the puncture was repaired in 2 minutes after the tire was removed no problems at all. Kim called and talked to someone in service and asked to talk to the service manager. She was told she would relay the message and call Kim back on Wednesday. Didn't happen.
Next time I need to have the run around treatment I might go back. Doubt it though. Not very well managed in back. I would have had that tire fixed and out the door with apologies and maybe a free oil change for all the trouble and the extra cost to repair the tire correctly if that happened under my watch and it has happened many times. Some of the techs got unpaid time off ,some got walking papers. Here at Dennison's they get something else I suppose.

I had scheduled my first Oil/Filter change and tire rotation via their website. However, upon arrival I found that the appointment was not to be found.
Tyler managed to squeeze me in and I was out out in about 30 minutes.

I give Tyler' Stone's "Customer-First" service a 10/10. He put my needs and my vehicle first. He ensured he scheduled the regular service and a quick clean detail at my request. Mind you, the quick clean detail is the only reason I go to Ray Dennison Buick GMC in Pekin, as I live nearly an hour away, but the fact that my floors and mats, windows, and surfaces get nicely cleaned at every service appointment takes the hassle out from my life, so it's worth it. Car was done in a timely fashion, but sadly... although the QuickClean detail is a line item on my invoice... the lady at the payment window didn't even know what that service was, and when I went to get in my car... none of the interior was touched at all. I went back in, informed Tyler, and he took the car back and made sure it was cleaned as it should have been the first time. I'm a post-sales service valuing customer. If I buy a car from you, I expect to be treated with top-notch post-sales service, every time. Please train your teams to follow through with work orders. Tyler, I want yo thank you personally for taking care of me, good sir!
