Their mobile service is an absolute life saver. Having only one vehicle, it can be extremely challenging to find time when I can give up my car and my day to wait in a service center. Having an option to bring the service tech to me - priceless. I will definitely be using them for service again!

Gallery Ford made my appointment on my schedule and when I requested to take my car in letting me chose the time for service. My check engine light was on and they were very prompt in diagnosing the issue and had it fixed within the hour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Called on a Thursday for my truck that didn’t start and they had it done on Friday I didn’t have to do anything not even call a tow truck they did it all for me. I’ve dealt with gallery ford a lot. They always have great customer service and are professional about what they do

Was very happy this time. They were able to take care of both recalls. And thanks to Dave he reset my remote start. Thanks Vanessa and Dave as well as the team that performed the recalls

Well I thought I would get 2 recalls taken care of & use Rewards Points to get an oil change. Recall 22S09 for loose insulation around driveshaft and 19S52 Carpet Shielding. Made the appointment and a week later they had my truck all day and half of the next. Said they ran out of rivets for recall 22S09, I don't understand as there were only TWO rivets and they had a week to get them. Told them to keep the truck overnight and finish it in the morning. I got a call to pick it up the next day around noon. One of the 2 rivets was not even in the metal to hold it up, that's probably why the recall says to use 2 rivets. Had I know that I wouldn't have even taken it in to get "FIXED". The service department also gave me a FREE 4" long scratch through the paint!The Service Manager was in a meeting and I waited over an hour for him, he never came out. I left and tried to polish out the scratch with Flitz but it is too deep so I am waiting until Monday to see if Gallery Ford reaches out to me to make this right. That's my LAST VISIT to Gallery Ford and I will not let the truck out of my sight to get the scratch buffed out. This is a 2019 Super Duty with 9,700 miles on it. Funny thing is, as the Manager would not take 10 minutes from his meeting to handle this situation, it gave me time to talk to 3 customers in the service department waiting room to tell them what had happened to my truck in their service department.

Car was in for a recall and the works. Appointment was for 1pm and I ask the service rep if she would call when car was done and line up a shuttle ride for me, she said yes. 4:50pm , no call so I called service department and was told car had been completed but they gave me no completion time. I told them I need the car and shuttle ride. They said the shuttle doesn’t go out if it can make it bad by 5pm. I explain the the service rep said she would of course take care of that. The shuttle driver (Tom) over heard and said he would come and get me anyway. By the time I had paid for my service, Tom had already explained everything to Dave the service manager. Dave apologized for this mess up and said he was going to put in a free oil change for my trouble. Great service to hand the problem.

Mobile service was super nice. Very happy with that. However, after making several phone calls and leaving a message, I’m still waiting to hear back to see if I have additional warranty on my vehicle. I have a snapped trailing arm, and the part is on backorder (not the dealership’s fault), but I don’t really feel supported or that anyone’s too concerned about helping me come up with additional solutions. Dave and Scot were probably my most helpful support, but not until I went in looking for my own answers. Just a bummer. Probably need to find a new dealership.

Great service and came directly to my house. Was fast and even made other recommendations. They actually called me about the recall on my car and offered to come to house. Was on time and they were very polite!

The good- repair done quicklyTechnician was knowledgeableConfident it was done correctlyThe bad- price seemed too highWas told one price on phone but when I got to the cashier the price was $40 more. $30 in shop supplies for $270 labor. That’s a lot of paper towels and hand cleaner. What really pissed me off was a $1.99 document fee. I guess they have to hit you for a couple more bucks to print your bill so you can pay them.

Great work and very friendly staff, was kept well informed on my repairs. Even though this part was on National Backorder , David the Service Manager made sure to push on Ford to get the intake manifold expedited to get me back on the road. Would highly recommend this Dealership and their service and parts team to get your repairs done in a timely manner.

The salesman was very friendly and attentive to my needs and price range. He was helpful and answered questions in great detail. When asked for a carfax report he went right away and got it. 5 stars for sure.

This is a super good dealership the people are nice and actually want to get you in a reliable car that can fit your budget. Andrew and malayna were able to get me a great deal on a jeep that I would otherwise not be able to afford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car

Nautica was amazing! I had a car fire last Thursday and needed something extremely bad. She not only got me into a new vehicle, but also found a way for my mom's b.f to get into one too (if he wanted to). Her and her team went above and beyond to make our dreams come true! Definitely would recommend them!

I want to thank Gallery Ford for helping me seal a great deal on a 2020 Chevy Blazer basically brand new even with horrible credit they still did everything possible to get me into a car I wanted.
