I love the valet service at this dealership. They can pick you or your vehicle up or drop off. However, there is a long wait period to actually schedule a service on your vehicle. I called early on a Wed morning but they could not schedule me in until the following Monday. Seems a little excessive.
Follow up service on August. Battery was totally dead. Dealership was able to get me in the same day which is a total win from the previous May issue above. Battery had a cell which would not hold the charge. Still under warranty and the Dealership replaced free of charge and then delivered vehicle back to my house which is ? percent why I do love this dealership!

The Gallery team we dealt with were very courteous and negotiable. It was probably the easiest and fastest purchase we’ve ever made!

I was in for a oil change on 8-24-24 and received a sloppy job with poor work ethic. Oil spilled and not cleaned up and a cap from a oil bottle was in the air cleaner. I’ve had service there 3 times and problems all 3 times.

The service department once again was awesome. I had no heat in my car and they got me fixed up right the first time. I will definitely keep coming back. The guys behind the desk are very professional and the techs are very knowledgeable.

Only used Gallery Fords service department. But for me that's the most important part of a dealership i dont need a salesmen adding 5k to a ranger raptor I can go buy 5k under book 2 hours north.. But I will definitely try to use Gallery for future car purchases. they don't act like csi investigators on warranty stuff that Ford pays for and Gallery makes $ to keep you happy .

My car sat here for about 10 months due to an engine problem. They kept me updated and bared with me as when the car first got there, there was no recall at the time. Brandon the service manager was a pleasure to work with as he kept me updated. The battery in the car was no longer good because of how long it sat in the lot and he did make sure I had a brand new battery for when my dad picked up the car.

Bought a car from them about a year ago under the premise of refinancing it out of my name at a later date only to go back and find out that the salesman at the time lied to me. Because of the lack of care for customers in in tough situations, they put the loan for the car in my name alone and didn't even add the person who should've been on the car loan in the first place as a cosigner. So now I can't even transfer the car, and they sold it for so much more than the bank or anyone else is stating it's worth. Overpricing, overselling, overwhelmingly stressful. Thanks Gallery Ford. Thank you for trying to sell me another car because of monthly deadlines instead of having any sort of accountability. ♥️
