My tire pressure was not checked or adjusted and I didn't receive the complimentary wash as I have gotten in the past with every service appointment. With the big increase in the price of a full service oil change I didn't expect to have some things omitted out of the service, complimentary or not. I never have had this problem in the past before Velde sold to Ray Dennison. I was not a satisfied customer with my last couple appointments. I maybe considering a different dealership to take all my service and purchasing business to.

The easiest car buying experience I have had in a long time. I worked out a deal over the phone with Skip. When I got to the dealership they did not try to back down from the price I asked for or the value of my trade. Skip really came through for me and made the deal pleasant experience. Go see Skip. He’s a real stand up guy.

Over all the experience went well. Thanks too the shop Manager for coming in to do oil changes sence there was no one there to do oil changes. I would like to see more flexible time frames on scheduling things like oil changes once staffing gets back up to par.

We got a very friendly greeting at the door of the dealership! It was a very nice showroom. Our Sales Consultant, Chris Kamp, was very nice & knowledgeable! This was the first time we visited the dealership and we were very impressed! The Finance Manager, Adam Arms, made financing easy! Overall, a great experience!

I cannot recommend the dealership for service. They handled a simple request poorly by making me wait two weeks for one tire, then made no effort to make up for the delay. Dennison, Buick, and Continental Tire all share fault in this situation.

All in all good. However the inspection sheet read that tire pressures were set to spec. Driving off the lot pressures were 37,36,34, 30? Must have setting me for a short track.
