I’m very frustrated. Delivery driver didn’t ring door bell so delivery wasn’t left due to needing signature. Then instead of trying again the following day they automatically said it needed to be picked up they even put pick up address. I called ups to see if we would be able to put up that day they said we would not but it would be available the next day. We go the next day and are told it’s not there because it was taken back to the hub and they aren’t open Saturdays so it wouldn’t be at the pick up location till Monday. Now don’t you think if you are leaving a ticket stating where to pick up you would date it for the day you are able to pick it up? Also I called and explained everything to the person at the location and they told me it would be there to pick up next day.. I now have a very sad little boy as this was his birthday present he’s been patiently waiting for. Training to understand what days of the week packages will actually be in at the pick up location and for delivery drivers to try delivering twice before sending to pick up location.

I do a lot of Amazon returns and they’re patient with me if I have multiple returns. When I needed to ship a Mother’s Day present, I decided to go with UPS because the Pekin USPS rep made me cry (I was there to pick up family remains and she gave me a hard time and was not empathetic at all. I will never go there again), and UPS does a great job handling my Amazon returns. I had a great experience, and the pricing was reasonable to ship a fragile item to Texas and it got there fast. Thank you and I will continue to do business at your Pekin location! ? ?

The UPS store is an easy place to bring packages for return or shipping. I can be in and out in 30 seconds if I have a return that already has a label.

Meant to leave the review sooner, but over a year ago I had to return a shed - many, heavy boxes. It was nearing store closure time, but Justine not only helped me carry all of the boxes in, not only stayed open after the store closed, but was kind and friendly the whole time. I offered to leave a tip, but she stated to just leave a review instead. Great establishment, and I couldn't recommend more highly.

The UPS where I live is closed on the weekends so I drove to pekin this time. The guy helping me was patient while I was trying to get everything together. He did not offer any help though. I had ordered 3 pairs of jeans the same size and brand just different colors and the return label codes do not say which one they go to. The guy didn’t seem to care if they were correct. I ended up getting frustrated at that point and ended up paying for 2 returns to be shipped back.The next morning I woke up to the $20 package I dropped off at my door step. They did not put the new label over my old one and shipped it back to me. I’m not available due to my work days so I had to wait another week to return a $100 package.Today when I go in they tell me they cannot refund me my $20 shipping and that they would just ship it for free. They also would not let me use my pre paid label. If you shipped back my items using the same code twice then why can’t you refund me a code that obviously wasn’t used and make a new one?
