The back of my hair was terribly uneven & not cleaned up properly. Immediately left to get fixed elsewhere. I requested a full refund but was denied. I paid $30 for this including $5 tip. She didn't show me back while I was there.

She really takes her time looking at the picture and making sure you are happy with what you are getting! Very welcoming environment! Very pleasant experience!
