“I do a lot of Amazon returns and they’re patient with me if I have multiple returns. When I needed to ship a Mother’s Day present, I decided to go with UPS because the Pekin USPS rep made me cry (I was there to pick up family remains and she gave me a hard time and was not empathetic at all. I will never go there again), and UPS does a great job handling my Amazon returns. I had a great experience, and the pricing was reasonable to ship a fragile item to Texas and it got there fast.
