I guess looking for a new gym will be my new years resolutions, I've continually asked them why I cannot get volume on tbs, and they continually say they'll check on it, really 5 weeks so far. Whom ever is incharge of 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm cares nothing about customers. I'm done with planet fitness.

Pekin planet fitness is always clean and reasonably quiet. They stay on top of maintaining this location top notch.

Always clean. The staff is nice and encouraging. Usually it's not too busy. I like that they're open all the time other than fri/sat overnights.

Inquired about membership for myself, wife, & teenage daughters. Looked like a good deal. My youngest daughter brought to my attention about their policy allowing a biological male, who identifies as a woman, access to a women's locker room. I said that can not possibly be the case. I was wrong. Planet Fitness does allow this. My wife & daughters were not comfortable with this & I don't blame them. Shame on Planet Fitness!

I love the hydro massage tables, the total body enhancement and the tanning right after a workout, it's a nice way to wind down

People that work there are friendly. It's a very attractive well lit place with plenty of equipment. Never have to wait.

I like the privacy of the 10-minute steps area compared to the East Peoria one, where everything is open. Pekin provides more privacy by having walls up to separate the 10-minute step and the stretch areas. Also, I like Pekins showers better than East Peoria. Plus the people are friendly and don't bother you unless you want/need something. I am able to walk in, scan my membership, and go do as I please. I can take however long I want in the shower without being bothered by an employee or feel like I am being judged. Unlike at some other planet fitnesses.

I enjoy the club it is always clean machines are available and the tanning beds and massage chairs are a welcome treat after a work out.

Excellent facility in every way. Equipment, locker rooms, temperature control, cleanliness, staff... everything.
