How can you charge an elderly couple 675$ for a fuel pump that you can buy for 150 or less and then charge them another 200$ to put it on that to me is ridiculous

I went in to try and have my car looked over and fixed before the spring so I could sell it. The two guys working there called me that they could not get the car to charge or anything so they could run the test. My car sat there for three weeks and it looks like they didn't even touch it after I picked it up and got home. I found that the battery terminal was completely snapped off. Not good communication. Not good service. And not friendly. I would not recommend zero stars.

Very friendly and helpful. They show you exactly what was wrong with your car. Great communication too. If your looking for an honest shop that does good work this is the place to go

I have been using Performance Automotive for the past 15 Years at least.. They have ALWAYS Treated Us Well and was Fair and Honest...We have Never had any problems with Them...I Recommended This Place

The mechanic who runs the day to day operations and who works on the vehicles is very good at his profession, he's fast, couteous and listens to the customers and he's a top notch mechanic. It woulda been a 5 star review but the owner of the establishment was kinda rude and made me feel like he didn't care and wasn't even listening, so thank goodness he's got the mechanic who takes care of everything or he probly wouldn't have any business.
