I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how extensive the collection inside what appears to be a small store as you walk up. Walking thru the door you are absolutely overwhelmed with how many firearms and surplus items and all other variations of things on display all the while never feeling crowded or packed. The employees were all super courteous and helpful and let us wander around and look without excessive bothering but were always right there to answer our questions! A true gem of a store!

Updating my review based on recent bad experience. The old guy (not Garry) has a bad attitude, with zero customer service skill. Asked him about gun specification, and he asked me to measure it by myself. How this guy got job there and still able to keep it!

The inventory is incredible was told they have aroind 2500 firearms in stock... prices used to be below msrp but since covid and law changes prices are msrp or higher...

I've been going to Pekin Gun since I was 18. My Dad was a loyal customer there as well. The place is Heaven for anyone who likes firearms. If you take your time and look around, there are always good deals hiding in the vast amount of firearms they have. In all of the years I've done business there, I've only had one rough experience with them. I purchased a used Beretta 92F. It was a service pistol from an LEO, and it was a great price. I checked it out prior to purchase and it looked fine. Took it out a couple of weeks later to shoot it. A chunk of the receiver broke out on my second magazine through it and apparently ejected out with one of the rounds. Definitely was not happy about that and contacted them. Had to argue back and forth to be able to return/exchange the pistol. Aside from that, I've had no other issues and I very much would recommend them.
