They are the only ones that will see a chicken. They were very good and knowledgeable. Highly recommend ?

Good service and they gave me alot of good advice and helpful tips for my gecko. My gecko was seen by another vet and nothing was working. The vet advised me to go here because they were more experienced. They have helped him alot in just a couple of weeks. The staff are nice and friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called last week as my daughter was giving her dog CPR trying to save his life and asked if we could bring him in. We were told they only have one Dr working, to drive him 30 minutes away to Peoria. I explained the dog was literally dying in my daughters arms and would not make it to Peoria, she again stated, sorry we only have one Dr working. Please remove "Hospital" from the name of your business because clearly you are not an animal hospital.
I had to break the horrible news to my granddaughters that their dog died. A dog that was less than two years old and I'm sure could have been saved if they would have taken the time to take an emergency visit.

Would be a zero... On June 20th my mom and wife both made phone calls to pekin animal hospital. (separately, we found out later that they both called the same place and were rudely turned away) My wife called as she was rushing home to pick up me and our dog to rush him to get help(she didn't know how bad he was doing at that moment). My mom called as she is watching me give my dog CPR begging for him to live. Begging for them to let me bring him to them before it was too late. We were told no they only have one doctor. We said please, he's fading quickly I'll keep doing CPR until we get there, we are only a few minutes away. Again they said no.
I know they have the right to refuse business, but what kind of people don't even try to help. My dog died in my arms, maybe they could have saved his life that day. Maybe not. But they sure could have tried.

I would refer any one of my pet owner friends here fast curtious service
You are their number 1 priority in an emergency situation
I had one with my dog and I couldn't be more pleased with their response and care we received I called on my way there let them know exactly what was happening with him
They said get here as fast as you can safely
They met me at the door can to my car with a gurne to rescue my dog and wheeled him to the back to work on him

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog recently was seen by Dr. Nikki over the span of about a week. She was lethargic, refusing to eat, and had diarrhea. After bloodwork X-ray and multiple visits they were unable to treat. I called very upset that my dog needed to be seen again I thought she was going to die if this continued (10 days no eating at this point) I was told that I needed to wait til the next day because Dr Simison wasn’t comfortable seeing my dog since Dr Nikki had been seeing her and she wasn’t there. I made the best decision to take her to Dunlap vet. After a repeat lab draw, they seen that it was likely addisons disease. Something that was very obviously on the labels done at Pekin. Had I just taken her to Dunlap to begin with I would have saved HUNDREDS of dollars. Dunlap SAVED my dog. After calling and speaking with Tiffany, a manager at Pekin, they were unable to accept fault and recognize that their Dr was unable to diagnose the issue before throwing every diagnostic test at me with no answers. Very disappointed in their care and customer service.

Dr. Stacie is a wonderful veterinarian who is very kind and compassionate! Although we only got to see her for a short amount of time as we unexpectedly lost our puppy, she was amazing during the time we spent at Pekin Animal Hospital. She answered all of the questions I could have had and provided very comforting emotional support during and after our incredibly difficult loss.

I have followed Dr Grimm to 3 different vet clinics and this is by far the best clinic ! Everyone is so kind and although I haven't met the other vets I can only assume they're just as awesome !
