Tyler came out on August 10th to get me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. He said to give him a few days to get the estimate put together. So I gave him a week before messaging to see if he had it ready. Radio silence. I then called him on Friday August 30th around noon and he didn’t answer (number from the business card HE handed me). So I left a message on the answering machine to give me a call back ASAP so we could discuss the hold up otherwise I would be going with another company. Today is Saturday August 31st and nothing has been said. I feel that this is completely unprofessional to not call, text, or email with an update for over a week. I even called and texted the provided number on the website and from the confirmation email to get ahold of someone and no one would answer. At this point I will be using another company that has better communication skills.

The work was completed today!! New siding was put up and a window was sealed!! Moe and Ozzie did a great job! Cleaned up well too! Hope they come back to do the inside job!!

Went back and forth on writing a review but the whole experience was so awful I had to say something. My house got hit by the April 4 2023 tornado and two days later restoration roofing or Kelly construction came by to say they could fix my damage. I got several visits from the sales team telling me they could fix my roof which had a small hole from a tree no problem. They also wanted to put new siding up. We signed a contract in May for almost 2000 dollars for roof they said they would take down my chimney to the roof. Asked for a date they said three weeks. Called Nick the salesman day before three weeks was up and he said yes they were coming but they did not. After three more weeks called office ,I started calling every week no one had any idea when they could get to us.finally in July they said July 5 . So we cleared our schedule but they called to say couldn't get roofer and brick person that day. So I kept calling weekly very upset we couldn't get a date. Then finally in October they came they told me we were waiting on insurance about siding . So the big day comes there was two guys Travis and another guy. Travis worked on the roof by himself so I guess he was the roofer and brick guy that couldn't come on same day. The roof looked awful still does all lumpy where he patched it he said my roof was different sizes. Even though we just had our roof done two years prior and it was flat and the sunk in places are just where he patched it. Any way I complained he came back and fixed it some but it's still bad. Then the siding people came they broke a window which ok it happens. They replaced the window with one with a hole in it. Have little cracks in my siding around windows and doors one piece had a hole in it. Few weeks later after calling daily my window did get replaced with a new one and the siding guys came in november to put fasteners on my gutters and fix places in siding. I did finish paying for everything even though I wasn't happy because my lawyer said it would take more money to sue for roof then what it's worth. Would never recommend and think they took advantage of my situation.

Kelley completed a full remodel of our kitchen. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! Brett and his crew were phenomenal! I was at a loss with the transformation. I would definitely use them again.

Just completed a tear out and rebuild of our deck and attached gazebo. This was a particularly challenging job as we wanted existing frame to be used. Upon initial demo we knew the existing frame could not be used and a new frame constructed. Tyler in sales and Phil in job scheduling were diligent in updates throughout. The key to our overall satisfaction was the work on site by Todd and Tony. These two show up, work hard, communicate what is happening each day and clean up before leaving each day. This job had some unique twists and turns and Todd was excellent at figuring out solutions and keeping us informed every step of the way. The end result is a very attractive and very well built deck and attached gazebo.

We had a tree hit our house with extensive roof and interior wall damage. The guys we had were on time every day and did quality work. They were professional and did an excellent matching the texture on our wall.Services: Exterior structural repairs

Back on July 15 when we received that torrential rainfall, I called Kelley to come clean up my basement of all the water that had entered my house. They showed up promptly when they said they would. With that day being my last straw with water coming into my basement I elected to have Kelley install a french drain and dewatering system. I was very happy with the whole process and the crew members that worked on the project (Jeremy, Trebor, Maison, and Dan). I was especially happy with Jeremy who I heard very good reviews of before the project. He took the time to listen to me describe my water issues and where it was coming in. He based the design of everything on where I was having issues and I feel he went way above what was planned. I will definitely call on Kelley for future projects.
March 16, 2023 Jeremy and Austin came out and braced the wall in my basement. Still to this day I recommend Jeremy, his crew, and the work that they do.

Thanks Kelley Construction for the great addition of our new deck and sliding glass door off our master bedroom!! We are in love with it. Kelley Construction was very professional and awesome to work with through the whole process. At the end of each day of construction they cleaned up so thoroughly. We also had a item for the job come in damaged and they guys made sure the it was replaced to our liking and done promptly! I would definitely recommend Kelley Construction to all of my friends and family. Thanks to each of the guys that worked on our job. Don, Andrew S, Andrew L, Todd, Jeff, Phil and Mark!! Thanks again for all your hard work!!

As restoration builders of Pekin, I used them to repair roof and some drywall inside my house. I did my mom's house as well for the roof.They left about 12 bundles of shingles at my house and my mom's house. I'm sure they charged me for them.The repair they did on my mom's house was inadequate and they had to come back and do it again. Not all the work was done on my house according to the report given to the insurance company. I just would not recommend them to anybody.Services: Roof damage repair

Overall I don’t recommend Kelley Construction. I’m A young girl who had a water pipe burst a month after I bought my first house, we decided to go with Kelley construction. I explained to them that I had no clue on the steps that needed to be done and was assured id he walked through and even kept in touch with during the time of the work being done. This company took the money and ran with it. Work was done, took what felt like forever. Some days they wouldn’t come in, others it’d be a new person I didn’t know or some days just one guy doing work. My insurance check was supposed to cover the garage as well, I had been told funds would be left over for the garage work but nope, Kelley took that. I also was given an estimated amount I would be left to pay out of pocket myself and that was wrong too. I am posting this update a year late, as they did the work december 2021- March 2022, but this review needs posted still. Drywall was replaced and I am left with holes around my outlets even with the outlet covers being put on due to cuts made wrong. A ceiling fan used to work but no longer did after work was done and it was left hanging down. Outlet covers were left off in many places. Scratch’s on the fresh painted walls that were caused by them. Trim above one of the doors had numerous nails put in and it still isn’t up properly. Gaps in my flooring in numerous places. Dumpster left rust marks all over the drive way. They took it among themselves to put on a door that was in the garage on a different room than what we had planned and totally messed up the door where the hinges recess in. One of the toliets ended up leaking after being replaced so a new wax ring had to be installed. The list goes on from there. The only plus side is they were able to take payments on the remainder amount I owed after the insurance checks went through, although it wasn’t the amount they had told me it was initially going to be. Which is the only reason they are getting 2/5 stars instead of 1/5.Services: Bathroom remodeling
