“Great 24 hour key gym for people who are serious about weightlifting and the grittier side of training. Save your hair pomade and makeup. No tanning beds or club music playing overhead. Just free weights, some nautilus-style machines and a few heavy bags in the basement. Friendly and encouraging regulars are happy to offer tips for some of us who aren't weight training focused but rather use it as a supplementation for our primary focus. Price is very reasonable for what you get here.”

“I like the privacy of the 10-minute steps area compared to the East Peoria one, where everything is open. Pekin provides more privacy by having walls up to separate the 10-minute step and the stretch areas. Also, I like Pekins showers better than East Peoria. Plus the people are friendly and don't bother you unless you want/need something. I am able to walk in, scan my membership, and go do as I please. I can take however long I want in the shower without being bothered by an employee or feel like I am being judged. Unlike at some other planet fitnesses.”

“Look, I really enjoy this gym but the prices are getting up there for the services I use. The staff is great and always so kind. I have literally no issues outside of the pricing and contracts. This is a very good gym if you're looking for a lot of services.”
