This is the stupidest ran Casey’s in Illinois and I travel from point to point tip to tip flies everywhere food is never freaking rotated. Time is always 2to3 hours past shelflife. also, customer service sucks lady sitting there talking to her manager instead of giving me my change for eight minutes, paying no attention to me not asking me if I want to use my rewards points or if I would like to enter my rewards and then she looks at me like I am rude so instead of snapping And causing you chaos in your store I took this opportunity to tell you what’s going on I’ve rain construction cruise, my whole life I’m 41 years old. You need to get these people in line for management to Cashiers I love Casey’s But it’s going like this I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy

Ordered a pizza with the app at 6:10. App said it would be ready at 6:50. Arrived at the store for pick-up, the pizza was not even started. Cancelled the order. They need to have more staff on a Friday night. One making pizza and one running the rest of the store.

Ordered a LG Sausage pizza $15.98Got home was a cheese pizza..ErrrrCome on guys !! Of course i called them an was told all on break for 30 min an someone would call me..didnt happen..NO Surprise There!!

Went in to pay for gas and get a soda at the fountain drink machine, but the floor was being mopped directly in front of it, so I decided to skip on the drink. Waited in a long line since there was only 1 cashier to prepay for gas (the card reader on the pump I parked at wasn’t working) and she put it on the wrong pump, and then I had to wait in a long line again to get it corrected. While I was waiting that second time, a mother came in with her young autistic child and someone had been mopping the floor of the whole store even though there was a massive line of customers waiting. The child slipped on the floor because there was no sign in that first aisle right after you come in, and got hurt. When the mom asked why there was no wet floor sign, the employee/manager in a tye dye shirt yelled at her and said there were wet floor signs in several aisles and blamed the child for running and falling. This is completely unprofessional, yelling at a customer especially in front of a huge line of customers. They then asked the customer when it was ok to mop the floor. How about in the evening shortly before close? It’s 3:45 in the afternoon on a Saturday and very busy. So yeah, now is probably not a good time!! And it was so rude to even ask that rhetorically to the customer! I will never come back here again. She never apologized to the customer and even threatened to kick her out of the store because the customer got angry with her. I would be angry too if you yelled at me and blamed my kid for falling! That was so rude I can’t believe I even witnessed that! My issue wasn’t that big of a deal in comparison, but if that’s how their manager/employee treats customers, I don’t want to contribute any revenue to this location!

By far the worst Casey’s around, used to be a great store within the past year, orders are wrong. The line for the cashiers goes around the store. Shelves are never stocked, might as well not have gas in the underground tank. It’s seriously dreadful. Just go to the Casey’s by Amazon that one is great

How about instead of telling a customer "Shouldn't have ordered so late." You do your job and make the paying customers pizza how they'd like it done. You literally get paid for that. Its a shame an employee like that one can ruin the great name that caseys had built.

Bought two pizzas tonight taco had no tomatoes or lettuce only a few chips and our supreme was under cooked worst pizza we’ve had from there very disappointed didn’t even send taco sauce probably never go back it was barely edible

Ordered taco pizza received it with chicken instead of beef. Got a replacement tonight, and it had no tomoatos on it. What the heck. How can you screw up 2 pizzas in a row. Will never order from here again

This location has gone downhill, especially the kitchen. The pizzas are usually falling apart or undercooked, and today I went in at 1130 am and there was no pizza or sandwiches in the warmers, just a couple oold breakfast sandwiches that looked like they'd been there for several hours. At least the cashiers are friendly

Been going to this location for 5 yrs now- always have had a great cashier there over the years- most recent guy has been up and beyond his duties- I’ve noticed!! One super busy morning he was running back n forth to both registers to keep the lane moving! Hope he gets a good raise in pay! Wish I knew his name- light skin complexion

The person who took our order for pick -up sounded like he was high as a kite and kept asking the same questions over and over. He then told us it would be an hour wait and when we get there to pick up our pizzas he didn’t even make them and all he could say was “oh sorry it must have been looked over”. This Casey’s has been absolutely terrible for a long time and the service just keeps getting worse.
