Waiting 20 days for a bank card and they still won't lift a finger to get me one! Ps every other bank I've done business with can make your card on the spot but not these guy's lol and when your card doesn't show up they'll say just keep waiting..... I would choose a better bank and will be in the future

I have to go to Pekin branch for my employer, but have never had such HORRIBLE customer service from any other bank in town. The clerks are friendly enough, but when you have to wait in drive thru (no other cars waiting) because there is only ONE person covering both inside and drive thru customers…that is wrong.

Switched to Busey because I heard good things. Has been very disappointing. A hacker also got all of our info from their system and tried to steal our identity, and even called us trying to get the password for the Busey app! When we approached Busey regarding this all they said was that "Yeah that happens sometimes"
