Wonderful experience! They got me in right away, and i had a few concerns that they gladly looked at and referred me to their other shop if i wanted to get them fixed. They were polite and friendly and very informative. Service was very fast and reasonably priced compared to alot of other places i had called. Will be returning!

I'm so glad that Big Ray's in Pekin took over this place. I was going to speedy lube since I had bought my truck new in 2001. Then, they closed down. I had to find a new place to trust. I tried walmart, they was okay but couldn't watch what they really do on my truck. I tried other places, one place tried to sell me almost everything they could. Just didn't like the pushy sells man type. Finally, Big Ray's took over the shop. They're very friendly, they do suggest options but don't push it. They check your tires, air filter, change your oil and fill radiator, window fluid and if you need them to top off anything later in future they do it for free. I love being able to watch everything they do. Well, today 08/16/24, I drove up to the door in my escape in front of their shop and no one was there. I was about to leave and big guy came out and directed me in. I told him I was about to leave because I didn't see anyone and he said, well we finally got a break and I said I could have made your break a little longer. LoL! I found this guy really full of himself. I asked if they did my tires, he said if you was paying attention I did them already. That really ticked me off. He downgrades his co-workers in front of customers. I guess he's trying to show people how smart he is. It just makes people not want to come back. I'm pretty sure this guy is going to lose customers by always trying to get the last word in. I feel bad for his co-workers, they were nice people. The manager needs to think about keeping this guy on. No one wants to work in a hostile environment and no customer wants to argue after a long day of work.

Mikey and the Crew do an amazing job. I started going there when I learned his Dad (Rick) was running this location. I worked with Rick years ago and Big Ray's is the only place I take our vehicles too. Another plus is us Veterans get a great Discount and you always get great Customer Service.

My husband won’t go to anyone else he thinks they’re amazing at big Ray’s in Pekin. So I took my car there the first time I’ve ever had to take a car in by myself for an oil change and was not looking forward to it because of the unknown. The guys were very nice and did an outstanding job.. They also didn’t make me feel stupid when I drove in the exit?They are a great group of hard working guys!! Would definitely recommend Big Ray’s for your oil change needs!

Big Ray's is the only place around that I'll go to for an oil change. Rob let me know the price before he even started changing the oil. I went to Walmart the last time I had my oil changed and had an awful experience (I should have just gone to Big Ray's in the first place). They're quick, honest, and friendly. I've never left Big Ray's feeling like I got ripped off. I will 100% be back. Highly recommend going to Big Ray's.

Broke my oil dipstick off in my engine block, didnt fix it. Said it wasnt there fault,
I wanted to post a follow-up on my original post above,
I spoke with management, and asked them to pay for the removal of my dipstick. Which they agreed to and they held up there end , I respect that we were able to work this problem out. Mistakes will happen in this world and it is good to know big Ray's are focused on customer satisfaction for the long-term
