Useless alarm. Going off at all hours of the night. Trash flying out of the dumpster. Homeless hangout. Drug deals happening in the parking lot.

We’ve only tried this place twice. First time was fine, no real issues aside from a long wait for chicken. Second time they didn’t have any of the pieces we ordered so our breasts and wings turned into thighs, with no apology or discount. Not sure if we’ll be trying again.

1st time getting chicken here. I wait in line to be told I had to step down to order. The after that I had to get back in line to pay. I got an 8 piece mixed... which technology i got, but a mixed is 2 of each piece. Not here apparently, you get what they have. I got 4 wings and 4 thighs. They were good, just not fresh. Which was surprising for the amount of people there waiting... my guess they were friends/family knowing to wait on the fresh chicken. I'm sure they don't care, but I won't be back....

Decided I'd try their chicken before I move out of state in a couple of days. The "lil" girls didn't even acknowledge me. Just kept talking and I'm standing there just wanting to place an order. I finally asked if I place an order with you? Referring to a chubby dark haired girl with glasses. She didn't even look at me and just lazily pointed to something and told me..."you place it there". I walked over confused yet found my way. Order placed. Of course she just kept acknowledging friends coming in not caring about customers waiting. The girl with the piercing was much nicer yet please teach your employees customer service! Your business came off like trash due to them. Glasses girl was the worst!The chicken was excellent yet finding noodles in my mashed potatoes was gross when you're not expecting them.

I went to this place every day for our sodas and we’ve spent a lot of money in here. They are rude and their customer service is the worse. This store has so much potential but it needs new employees.

Good chicken, but the prices are ridiculous. $3 for a breast,$2.29 for a leg. $26 for an 8pc meal. For god sakes you can get a whole rotisserie for $5.
