Quick and easy service for a great deal. Customer service was excellent. The woman who handles the phone and the customers in the lobby was fantastic. She printed a cute coloring page for my kid was so nice to all of us. I already have a another appointment set to get some other things checked out on my car. Midas will be my go-to from now on!”

“I went to have an alignment done on my 2001 Peterbilt, but they weren't able to do it. The previous attempt by another shop didn't replace my shims when taken apart. Best One didn't have the shims in stock. Klaus referred me to someone who could possibly get me in the same day and they were able to get me in. Many shops won't refer you to someone else, they just tell you to hang around a day and wait on parts. In trucking that is not always an option. Thank you very much for your help.”

The customer service is always top notch-whether I am calling or in person in the store.The most recent visit was a weird one-and I think it's also just me learning about cars and to ask and never assume things. I didn't stop and think that when I bought a new tire after having a flat tire, that it wouldn't be put on my car where the spare tire was. As someone with anxiety about wanting to keep others happy and not make a fuss, I was SO appreciative when, after paying for the tire and being asked if I wanted help taking it out to my car and my slightly freaking out (because how was I going to get this tire on my car?!), they fit me in and put the tire on my car. I've been to other places who would not have done that.”
