Terrible post office, worst I've ever had to deal with. One apartment building in the whole town and it was apparently too hard to figure out the layout. Drivers are just terrible. If I wrote return to sender on anything they'd leave it or circle the address like it was the right address to begin with. Drivers would leave 'sorry wr missed you' notes in mailbox without ever getting out of car. Anytime I called to complain, they'd give me lazy answers like post a map on the property. Would constantly get screamed at by neighbors thinking im stealing their mail when it was a package to me. This post office is at least 75% of why I left Pecatonica for good.

This is by far the WORST Post Office I have ever encountered. One Worker in particular is the worst most rude little girl I have ever had to deal with there. Always huffing and puffing when she has to do her job. Unfortunately, the only way to not deal with this horrible place, is to sell our home and move out of town.

I had a package that wasnt delivered to my house... HOWEVER i just called and spoke to the most HELPFUL KIND person i have ever spoken with from the post office. Although im not sure exactly whats going on, and neither does she... she is amazing and deserves a great review... i dont recall her name... but props to the pec post office. Thank you for caring, both you and the carrier. You guys are amazing and i appreciate your concern and you going above and beyond for me you are what makes a good employee, and what gives me hope in the character of people in the world. THANK YOU

I live in Pecatonica, and use the post office regularly. The young lady who is there most of the time is so rude and unhelpful. My mother, who is 86 and disabled went to pick up a package. I usually do this for her, but to her surprise she had several packages that she could not manage in one trip. Nobody but my mother was present. This very capable young lady offered no assistance, making my mother make several trips. I miss Barbie who was transferred to Winnebago after many years of excellent quality service. Please complain if this extremely rude person has been rude to you.
