Very prompt and professional. They managed to get me Ian appointment within 3 days of contact. Despite the fact I live in the middle of no place, they still made it on time with no difficulties l. I have used this company on several occasions and they have always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any job, big or small.

The man that arrived to fix my garage door was prompt and informative. He was also fast and efficient. The company sent him out within about 10 days of my call and he was able to fix it within an hour to hour and a half. Very friendly service. Will use again.

Midwest Garage is the only certified Liftmaster dealer in my area and they are fantastic. The technician that serviced my door was punctual, friendly, and efficient. My parts were under warranty and cost me nothing. All I had to do is pay the $75 service fee. That’s amazing! Do not call anyone else to service your Liftmaster. I already made that mistake and will never do it again.

Midwest went above and beyond to help us with our garage door . I thought I would need a whole new garage door and mechanics and they repaired it for much cheaper than replacing. My garage door looks great and works even better..

Exceptional service from start to finish. Within hours of emailing requesting a quote for a garage screen, we had an appointment set. The salesman, Michael, was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The ease of speaking with him and not feeling any pressure assured me this was the company I wanted to work with. The installers were on time, communicated with me via text since I could not be at home, and had it finished in no time. Every encounter with someone from this company was a positive one and they each represent Midwest well! We already love the screen and can't wait for grilling season! Thank you so much, Midwest! I'd give you 100 stars if I could!

Very nice, pleasant technician; I assumed I would need a new overhead remote opener (called an "operator", I believe). Turns out, all I needed was one of the electric eyes cleaned and repaired. Bill came to $75 - I was impressed because he could have put in a new "overhead" and charged me $400+ and I wouldn't have questioned it. Nice to know there are still honest, efficient businesses out there!

My door opener just stopped operating. Called on a Sunday, left a message, was called back on Monday morning at literally 8:05. They were able to come out the next day. The tech coming over Called before he got there. I was sure the entire unit would have to be replaced. Nope, just internal circuitry and motherboard to which he had available. I was hovering the whole time and apologized because I’m not very mechanical and wanted to learn what he was doing. The tech was so friendly and explained everything, even did normal maintenance for wear and tear, showed me how I can look out for issues and spray certain parts with WD40. Got everything running, reprogrammed the buttons in my SUV and I paid him on the spot, so no invoice to wait for. Excellent work.
