They were so kind and heart felt. They fit us in on an emergency, and our senior furbaby passed over the rainbow bridge (last picture together). The entire staff was AH-MaMAZING! We will be taking on future furbabies to them.

First time experience and was impressed and had a great experience. Loved to be able to stay in my vechile with my dog. They don't have a waiting area which is safer for your fur baby. All employees are fast, efficient and detailed on what they do, and what will be going on with you fur baby. Anything needs to be prescribed you get it the same day. I will continue to use Ball chatham Veterinary.

I had to say goodbye to my best buddy of 15 years. They treated both of us so compassionately, I can't say enough positive. They made a terribly hard situation as comfortable as it could have been.

Took our dog in today due to severe itching and scratching. Dr Jess and the staff took care of the poor guy. They were completely friendly and professional from start to finish! Dr Jess even took the time to call with an update while waiting in my car (due to the Corona virus) and answered all of my questions. Not only awesome care for your fur babies... but very reasonable cost as well. You wont find a better vet clinic around! Thank you Dr Jess and team for being awesome! ?

Dr Jess and the Staff at Ball Chatham Vet Clinic are Amazing!!! They are All very professional and the the Facility is always Clean . . . unlike some other Veterinary Office, I have never noticed an unpleasant odor.The Exceptionally Compassionate Staff & Doc Jess Helped Our Family through one of the most difficult times We have ever had as a Pet Family ??? I would highly recommend The Ball Chatham Vet Clinic to Anyone in need of Veterinarian Services!!And Yes, this is a handicap accessible location complete with a cement parking area that accommodates three vehicles with one reserved space directly in front of the door. There is additional gravel parking both in front and along the side of the building. ?❤?
