Dislike that I can come in and purchase items. Yet can’t use the bathroom. I literally had a delayed flight. Started my menstrual cycle and couldn’t even use the bathroom. Had to wait until I went back to the airport. If I lived in this city I wouldn’t patronize this location. If more places were open I wouldn’t give them any of my money.

This is the best Walgreens! The staff are so so nice and specifically the night shift crew both at the store and the pharmacy. Noreen the night shift cashier is absolutely amazing.

Seriously the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After 2 hours on hold trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy that screwed up insurance claims for prescriptions I got hung up on, again. Their staff needs to be retrained. I understand being understaffed but someone needs to answer the phones. It is completely unacceptable that they refuse to answer the phones and continuously just place you on hold.The pharmacy staff also keeps making mistakes like not mixing antibiotics for my kids. Or filling the wrong medicines. You have to double check anything you get from this Walgreens. Hopefully they don’t hurt someone one day from their gross incompetence.

Had an appointment for a rapid flu test. Pharmacy was unaware that these tests are administered by them (although the sign stating such was posted next to where we were talking). Waited over an hour to take the test. Another 30 minutes for results.

Customer service is the worst! Been sitting on the drive tru for the past hour and 15mins now. Only one car in front of me and that car has been here almost 40mins. This store team have to setup their phase please.

The pharmacy operations at this Walgreens is woefully poor. Understaffed, phone system never works, Rx filled offsite and often late. I don't have an issue with the staff; it's that the business model doesn't work.Update, the clinic model doesn’t work well either. Just checking in took 15 min even though I completed everything online.

Red flagged my wife for trying to drop off a prescription for me after my vasectomy. They red flagged her and are accruing her of being a junkie. Made ME get up 6 hours post op to get them. "Oh, better youre here now" was the exact words the cashier said. Not even an im sorry. I hope they all fall in batman acid and don't get super powers.

Still takes 10-15 minutes per car in the drive lane for pharmacy pick up. Don’t understand what takes so long. Supposed to be express pick up. Are they filling orders through drive through?

I had a great experience at the Walgreens in park ridge on Devon. The people working there are wonderful. They really care about their customers. SHEENA the manager is very kind and goes out of her way to help. I live by other walgeens, I will make my new walgreens in park ridge. SHEENA always has a smile on her face. And that is how she greets everyone. And also, checking out was a pleasure with MARYROSE. What great ladies. They are truly an essential to the company. It was the best experience I've ever had at a Walgreens. Hats off to your staff. Deborah Montague

The Pharmacy here is the worst, asked when a certain medicine would be ready 3 seperate times during my transaction and was ignored. Then had to wait on the phone for over an hour and still haven’t spoke to anyone. Need the medicine for sleep and it seems to me no one’s willing to answer questions or help customers Here.

I bought a gift card for my son here. When we tried to redeem it, it said already redeemed. We went back to the store 15 minutes after purchase and the manager was really rude. They refused to exchange or refund. They should make the no exchange/ no refund policy clear at purchase.

The store itself is great but this has got to be the worst pharmacy to deal with. The customer service is terrible. Every time there is an issue here it is like pulling teeth to get it resolved. On more than one occasion I have been either hung up on or left on hold for 30= minutes. I am going to be changing my scripts to another location.

I do not live in Illinois but was on a vacation in August 2022. I have 2 prescription medications that are controlled. My friend & I stayed south of Midway International Airport. I contacted my doctor to get my meds refilled at a Walgreens north of the mentioned airport. 1 was ready quickly. The other was not in stock or ordered. We changed hotels to Niles. I found the other medication at this Walgreens. I contacted the doctors office and had the refill transferred to this Walgreens since I dislike taking what I don't have. Within the day, I had the refill. I was happy and am at least 2 states away from Chicago at home.I know my review was from last year and do not know about now.

They need more staff. I am going to move my scripts to a different Walgreens. Whenever I come the pharmacy line is horrible and doesn’t move. The employees are working and I feel sorry for them. I just think they have enough customers they must need more employees. But why would anyone wait in line this long? So stupid. It’s nice inside. The staff is nice. But there are other pharmacies. I’ve never waited this long anywhere else.
