Very disorganized, staff isn't very knowledgeable either. I've been trying for days to get tax alerts when I have a new prescription and have given me nothing but a run around.

Was put on hold over and over again. Couldn't get my medicine for my son in store or over the phone, went to target CVS instead.

If I could give zero stars to their customer service over the phone I would. I have been on hold for over 30 min after being transferred around 3 times. It appears someone picks up but then immediately puts you back on hold.
