Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!

Kyle and TJ were great! Kyle aka “Angel”does beautiful magic and solved all my problems. Theses guys and they’re skills and positive manifestations are above and beyond. In conclusion , my phone and everything works etc.

We had a good experience at this Verizon location. It was much less busy than other local Verizon stores. We worked with Aaron, who was personable and very knowledgeable. Verizon has offers and deals by line, so it's nice to have someone in person to help navigate the best options at the best price. I much prefer in person than online. Not only did we get good deals for 2 new phones and accessories, but I also learned about other ways to reduce cost and about other services Verizon offers such as inexpensive internet service. No pressure, just information. Thank you.

Spectacular customer service is alive and well at this store while Kelly is there. I walked in with a SIM card issue at 10 when the store opened . While getting me the help I needed with tech support she greeted a second customer and found out what he needed. Once I was being assisted she helped customer 2 (he was upgrading phones). Meanwhile two other customers. One customer needed her charging port cleaned out and I’m not sure what the other one needed. My issue was resolved, the 2nd customer had his phones upgraded, and the 3rd customer had her charging port cleaned out. I was in the store maybe 1/2 an hour and Kelly helped 4 customers! She was polite and friendly.

This is not a corporate Verizon dealership. Purchased a phone that was immediately discovered to have a major issue. Store refused to exchange after Verizon tech support conformed the issue. All I heard was their policy. Had to go through Verizon for an exchange, what a nightmare. Ended up backing out of the phone. Would be interested in the store response, but our treatment was very poor.

I've had some daunting experiences with Verizon so I fully expected the worst but it was beyond seemless! Major shoutout to Kelly because she made it very easy, answered all my random questions and helped me out flawlessly ? 10/10 recommend
