I can't believe for Park Ridge what a dump of a post office this is! Had three packages within two days say out for delivery, but then they didn't show up and then said available for pickup! I didn't have time to run there, the whole point of having something delivered! Going to see if the sellers are able to use UPS or any other delivery method....

I’ve been going to this USPS location for years for my eBay shop I utilize as a secondary source of income. The attitude of most of the staff is intolerable (there are a few who actually provide good customer service). Because of this, I mainly utilize the Kiosk. I never complained until now because I had no issues with shipping and that is what I’m there for.
I shipped 39 packages with prepaid labels one day. I counted them all out as I dropped them into their secure package drop box and made sure a label was attached. 3 of them are now missing and they weren’t scanned in. I feel as if the service is getting shoddy with each passing day, and this is the icing on the cake. I will no longer take my business here and I have no faith in this USPS location anymore. FedEx is a much better option with friendly staff. This place would’ve gotten 3 stars with the terrible service and they should be getting 0 stars with this debacle. Based on previous reviews and articles, I do suspect theft, however I have nothing to support that. I understand that packages get lost, but there’s 3 packages that weren’t even scanned in. Last time I checked, the security camera on the customer lobby floor is not working since at the time, it wasn’t facing the customer lobby.

This post office is my favorite, as long as you go through the week. If you go on saturday you will have opposite experience. The lady that works on the weekend does anything she can to do as little as possible. Through the week the employees are so nice and make sure to put the tracking, shipping labels and or postage on my packages themselves ensuring it is done right, weekend lady makes you figure it out and then gets rude when it isnt how she says its supposed to be and says cant be sent that way. I even watched her make a woman black out and rewrite the address because it was "upside down" as if they keep your packages neatly stacked and dont just throw them around. Im pretty sure on that rare occasion they need to turn or flip a box to read address ?? will never visit on a saturday again if i can avoid it.

Super fast service. The staff here is really good. If there is a line it moves pretty fast ,as the staff here works hard to please you during your visit. My go to Post Office.

I normally I wouldn't complain but the lady that worked tonight was awful. She refused to give me my package because the name on my Amazon order didn't match my driver's license. I've never had this problem before. She cited some crap about fraud going on, basically calling me a criminal. I was really offended by that. She then rudely told me she was going to be sending my package back and that I should fix the name if I didn't want this to happen again in the future. I will never go in there again when she is there.

I choose to go out of my way (specifically, out of the town I live in) to visit this post office with my mailing business. The gal behind the counter is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. She never gets flustered or upset if there's a line of customers waiting, she treats you kindly and I appreciate that!

Issues continue....No mail on day last week, then no mail last night.We understand that mail is being stolen at all levels. Postal Inspectors are busy. Yet it's time clean house.

We’ve lived in PR since 2011 and I’ve made countless trips to this post office and never had anything less than a pleasant experience. Lines are usually short and staff is for the most part friendly. And as for our mailman Alex, we absolutely adore him! Best mailman we’ve ever had!
