Amy is GREAT! She has always helped me out with printing documents that I need for work. One day, she was short staffed and only one in the store, and she was doing a great job keeping all customers satisfied! Shoutout Amy!!

Friendly associates. Terrible product quality.Ordered a 8.5x11 borderless bound document (24 pages, $35). Pages weren't 8.5x11. Binding was sloppy with off center holes and off center cover. Spiral binding holes were punched too big causing the pages to flop out.Order due by 1pm but wasn't ready. Returned after 6pm and they then worked on finishing my order while I waited around, and they still stopped to help others. If I hadn't shown up and waited for an hour, it would have been a day late before I got my order.

The two young men who work at this location are always friendly and very helpful, I feel badly I didn’t get their names. I’ve never had any issues when dealing with this particular location. I’m very happy with the service I receive here!

Very poor practices in dressing down a customer in front of others. Front desk staff could not get her act together with times for delivery. Not recommended.
