Today i went there, they check my back right passenger tire that has giving me problem and seal it. “Salute to this team. I cant be thankful enough to the great service everytime I have a routine oil change. Gabby the customer service gave me always a very good details about my upcoming appointment. Ofcourse, hands down to Aviv and its team. Aviv always a straight forward guy. I’ve had once a breakpad change, upon Aviv recommendation its still have more life left and can still use it for about 3-4 months more of life. “I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!”
“Aug’24 Update: I dropped my 14 year old car off with Ed and his team after it failed an IL emissions test and I had just 3 days until my registration expired. They had my car fixed the next day, and when I went to go pick up the vehicle, Ed’s Team had already taken it to the Emissions Test Site and gotten it a Passing rating - this meant I could immediately renew my registration online, and meet the expiration deadline.
I was floored by this level of customer service and dedication - in a world that’s increasingly automated, corporatized, and less-personal by the day - trust Ed and Elmhurst Auto Care to take care of YOU and your Vehicle - thanks guys!
Jan’24: Always the best service and I TRUST them. They’ve referred me a weld shop that could do a muffler repair for cheaper than they could. Ed’s stayed past closing to fix power steering issues and get me back on the road. I would highly recommend EAC to be your car maintenance experts!”
