The gm Christopher hogan stole my credit card, I know because I went into this gas station looking for my credit card I KNOW was missing from there: and was told the general manager Chris hogan took it to the police station, after going to the police there was never any cards brought to the police station by anyone at thorntons gas station. And my card has been used before I found out this manager “took them to the police station” said the girl with red hair working there who also told me he scammed another man for gift cards.. curious how he still has a job

This is our family’s gas station. We rarely go to any other place. The price of gas is usually lower than most places. The employees are always nice and polite. They always try to help even when I’m asking stupid questions. (I have my days. lol) We love the gas discounts. And all the other discounts. It’s a good friendly place to go. I always recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Very rude person working at cash register on Touhy in Park Ridge! It is a young women with long hair that needs training!!!!!When I asked why she charged me $50 to prepay for gas instead of $20 that I requested, she told me "leave go somewhere else". That is what I did. I bought gas across the street in BP station. No problem there.I would give less than one star if that would be an option!!!!!!

Clean restrooms 24/7. Fresh donuts. 89 cents for 32oz fountain drinks and fizz freezes. Try the pumpkin spice donut with the cream cheese on top. ?? it looks like they doing a buy one get one free on the beef jerky.

They have the "good ice". Soft nugget ice like Sonic ice, but much better. I read Thorntons has a partnership with Scotsman Ice and it makes like why the ice is like Sonic nugget ice. The people who work at the gas station are very friendly.

Horrendous attitude of worker at the counter on Saturday 1/28 around 11. I will admit I mistakenly said the wrong pump number, so $30 went on a pump that wasn’t mine. I went back in and I said so is there some way to rectify this or have the person at the pump I paid for switch with me. Nope! Just “too bad that’s your fault” so I had the pleasure of paying for some random person and my own because this woman had no customer service or potential solution. The absolute laziest worker there. I come all the time and her attitude is the most unfriendly. I do not know how she has kept this job. I hope management sees this because it appears the complaints on here about her are common.
