Avoid advocate. Place only cares about your money. I went in for a preventative routine exam and was very clear with the doctor I was only in for that reason. Doctor said we could discuss “anything” and it would be covered in my preventative. A few weeks later I got a statement for illness claim.

This place went down the drain. I call to get in because I am in pain and am told, sorry no appointments until Monday. I'd rather be treated by a doctor in a 3rd world country than go here. Went heremost of my life, and now this place went to hell. Have a better chance at Cook County Hospital.

Doctors will not work with you. If you disagree on what you want, they make it difficult. Go to some other places, take handle of your health and be a primary physician of yourself. Learning things you can, do your own research, this doctors are more obese than me, they are not walking the talk. They themselves have different school of thoughts but how can I follow them if they look unhealthy than their patients.

Very easy to park and very nice staff at the Nesset Pavilion medical building on Ballard road which is part of The advocate Lutheran general hospital system. I appreciate that I was able to schedule an appointment to get some blood labs drawn. They also take walk-ins. It was very easy to park and the signs inside the building directing patients where to go were easy to read and understand.

I am not a patient here, however an 85yr old client of mine was looking for a PCP due to the pain she was dealing with. On the day of the appointment was the first time we met DR.Ruzich. While observing the doctor he was very attentive and patience with my client and took the time to answer any questions she had. At the end of the visit my client was very happy and looking forward to her follow up appt. Thank you Dr Ruzich for your kindness.

Do not deliver food here. You'll drive a good 7 miles for $0 tip. Especially girl named Jancee. Good luck drivers. No matter how nice and accurate you are, no tip.

Drs do not have the ability to fill prescriptions gotta wait for their supervisor Dr. permission to fill a prescription. Not a good place to go if you're on medications and need monthly refills of them. You'll be ignored. And some of your medical needs also will go unaddressed. They will only tend to ailments they want to. Some health issues will be ignored for months, leaving you to suffer and beg for them to do something. Dr. Gil is beyond useless!

Dr. Patton is a very thorough, caring and compassionate doctor. Her nurse Liz is excellent at getting answers to questions, The receptionist are very efficient and the ACL laboratory located in the basement of the building has a wonderful tech name Danielle who is excellent at drawing blood

I've been coming here for years and all the doctors I've seen have been great great! Dr. Brennan was wonderful, she really made me feel comfortable during the appointment and talked through all of my questions with me. I got bloodwork done and the whole process was so fast and pain free. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great experience!!

I'll never come back here again unless I have no choice. I've been waiting for blood work and nobody wants to do anything. Especially ACL Lab front desk person. She told me to check in rudely.

My 3 year old child is going to miss his surgery because of unprofessional Dr. Gill who is a resident. Don't go to this doctor unless you are from his ethnic community, that's the only way to get good care.
