Never had a problem at any TCF in 20 years then forced to come to this one located at 1 w devon, park ridge, il and I was treated horribly.

Because of Covid-19, lobby not open. Expect long line and long wait for drive up.

I would give them a -5 if I could. Customer service is terrible. Very unprofessional. My debit card was compromised and their fraud department didn't catch it. They take their own sweet time investigating it and so the customer is out the money until TCF decides to replace it. Terrible bank. Don't do business with them.
