“This company was amazing in every aspect. We made the reservation with Karen, and she was just so professional. There were a lot of specifics and multiple calls back and forth, and during each call she was extremely friendly and helpful. Our movers were Juan and Rudy, we can't say enough good things about these guys. They were professional, energetic, efficient, and very courteous. They were extremely careful and mindful in the transferring and placement of our items. They had a high regard for safety. When we would tell them they could just place an item in the middle of the floor, they would come back with an offer to place the item in actually the place it should go to. And by them taking this initiative, it ultimately made our lives so much easier after they left. We highly recommend them and will most definitely be using them again in the future. “Came to check on a unit that we have had from 2017. Before new management took over this place was one I would never want to come back to. I decided to check on my unit today and when I say I’m impressed cannot describe the turn around this facility has had. The place is clean, smells clean, well lit, well secured and I feel more comfortable moving my items in and out of this location! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone I know! Ms.Nycole who is currently the store manager was friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful. Answered all our questions and concerns and was open to answering anything and everything! I’m glad she is here and look forward to working with her again in the future!”

“This is a fantastic location for Mount Prospect residents, and the manager is a local guy who is extremely helpful and kind: Brent Busse. Not only is he very knowledgeable about everything with leasing a unit and all of the options that would meet our particular needs, because he is a lifelong MP native, he really cares about our customer experience more than most. He is not just a "corporate" face, rather, he treats us like a neighbor and takes time with us. I don't write a lot of reviews but when someone stands out, I want to call attention to them.”

“Very nice storage facility. Really like that it's heated, not only the lockers but 4 cars will fit in the heated space. When it's 10° at Christmas time it's nice and warm to get your stuff.”
