We booked an appointment, came here 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Very disappointed to see so many people came after us being served ahead of us.

Got a test done 6 days ago. Was told I would have the results in 24-48 hours still nothing. When I call I get a chat bot and no response. This could be a matter of life or death. Shame on them. Go anywhere else.

Don’t treat people like they did something wrong when there’s a glitch on your end of the system. Do you think we like to get poked or pee in a cup on our day off? Well not exactly, I have better things to do then get attitude from your employees. They made me feel like I stole something when all I needed was my employer drug test for a new job. I would suggest not raising your voice to people who have no fault on what your system decides to do. Maybe your employees hate their job or have been there way too long because their attitude definitely showed.

They automate everything so much that you walk into a machine. If you have any problems with the machine get ready for the real problem, the employees. The staff there has such an attitude problem (not just at me but any patients with questions) and blame everything on the computer. After waiting 2 hours on standby I finally called and made an appointment for 1hr from the time I was there. They blew passed my appointment and also skipped me in standby line (they called 1, 3, and 4 but not 2). When asking for a manager to fix their mistake, I was told there was none. What a joke of a business. Only went here because this is where my employer required me to go. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had an appointment scheduled received text went there kiosk would not accept my bar code had to wait for someone to come out and talk because there is no receptionist, the guy that came out was very rude and said no scan of barcode u have to enter the information manually also my employer book an appointment it's not showing in their system and by the way I enter information it's gave me some 20 min later than my original appointment then finally he called me he took my I'd and scan bar code then he said appointment expired and started blaming me for the problem I waited to be taken in this guy started blaming me again for their problem very rude dude when I tried again to explain that I had an appointment he told me he didn’t want to hear. I would never go there again. Brothers and sisters never go to this worst place.

The staff was completely incompetent and couldn't figure out how to complete the order that our doctor sent. Additionally, they wouldn't take the time to call the doctor's office to help us because "they were busy", so we weren't able to get the bloodwork done after we took time off from work to be there. We are all busy. This is their job and they don't know how to do it. Absolutely disgraceful. We will never go back there.

Loved the gentleman who took care of me. The facility was very clean and the staff was extremly nice and prepared. They attended me very quickly even though I was a walk in. Thank you.

nurse was full of life and kindness, with a great sense of humor. was a painless donation and cant wait to do more lab work. She has won my heart over :) most nurses deal with so much that they tend to lose patience and kindness. thank you
