I'm all for supporting small local businesses, but my goodness this experience was rough. I tried to browse prices, and with no website that should have already been a red flag but whatever. After I call, I set up the time, the owner was really short with me and right before I was going to ask about prices, he hung up. Arrive for my appointment, my cat is really nice, I kept trying to tell them that (I'm in the industry too... I understand scary mean cats, but my cat is not lol). There's his assistant who seemed really uncomfortable and off-putting. Appeared really anxious right before handling my cat. Took 3 people to groom her? Although she just sat there. Botched shave job, no bath. Did her nails but a lot of them were frayed ? and I really only asked for a sanitary trim and didn't really get that. I could have done better at home, which I have, but just wanted to treat my girl and get her a nice grooming. $80 for nothing... I wish they had discussed prices with me. Even at the salon, their white board was vague and didn't have prices. My heart sank when he said $80... Again literally for what?? You guys shiested me and took advantage of me. Very unfair. It looks like you have been in this business for a long time and I have never done business with someone without discussing prices first. I've also been to cat groomers who say they charge $70 for a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, etc. and then as a courtesy, only charge $50 because of how good she is. I don't expect handouts, but with NO BATH and and it's $80?? Just incredibly unfair.Please don't bring your cat here. Clearly seems to be a very renowned dog groomer, but that's it. NOT A CAT GROOMER. It's way too expensive for virtually no services done.Please take care grooming off of your provided services.

Excellent service my cat needed a claw trim badly and they took her right away. Very clean place and they have a lot of awesome things you can buy for your pets I highly recommend this place!

I am really happy with this groomer in Park Ridge. I have been going here monthly for about a year now. I have noticed my dog runs in the door wagging his tail every time. It is very nice to see this, as in the past at other groomers he was scared to enter. He is clearly very comfortable with this location. The staff are friendly. They do a really nice cut on my Bernedoodle Harry and make him loo cute. They always have availability which is good.

Great place for your pets grooming and bathing..workers are very professional and accommodating..and trust me, their prices are very reasonable also!

I love Precious Precious Paws!! I have been bringing my two Yorkies here for almost four years now, and every time we have been here has been amazing, and I am beyond Grateful to everyone here for always being so accommodating, and kind! Stella and Sasha enjoy coming here, and highly recommend the blueberry facial! We feel like family when we walk in after all this time. We will soon be moving out of state next year.We will miss coming here! Thank you for all of kindness and generosity!❤️?

Igor and his staff were amazing with our Rottweiler! He can be aggressive sometimes with nail trimming but Igor and his staff handled him so well. Igor took him super last minute also and his staff put this adorable bandana on him after he was done(took them a whole 3 minutes not even). We will be going back for sure!

If I could give less stars I would. Keep your pet away from this place. I took my dog here for his 2nd visit and grooming. Very happy with the first visit, not so happy the 2nd time. I picked my pup and he looked ok, not the best grooming by any means. My problem was when I got home and removed the oversized bandanna they put on my dog to discover a bald spot and a cut on my dog. I was irate, I called the place back and spoke with Igor, he first off tried to turn it on me and my dog having matted hair. This I disagree with but that’s neither here nor there. My problem is them not saying a word when I picked my guy up and have to discover it on my own. I would of been a lot better if it had been mentioned when I picked my dog up. Not covering it up and try to be a coward about it. And when I call to let them know my displeasure you want to talk to me like trash to explain. You had a chance to explain when I picked my dog up and you chose not to. That’s very deceptive and I wouldn’t trust any animal in your care. I don’t wish failure on anyone but I wish for you to not cause another pup harm or their human. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Wow I finally found a groomer that is great with my Westie. She knew what a Westie cut was, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended, fairly priced and great with dogs.

I drive for an hour to see Igor! He is amazing extremely talented, gentle and very honest! Our groomer for life!Also has a kind heart to both humans and pets!

Our dog does not usually do well with people he does not know. He is often nervous when we take him anywhere in the car. Although when he see Igor, he perks up and is clearly excited about his upcoming grooming. The team at Precious Paws always does a thorough job and are reasonably priced. We have been taking our dog there for over five years.

I’ve been looking for a dog groomer for my Linda (Golden Retriever) I’ve tried several places around and finally I think I found the place. My dog looked amazing and smelled great when I picked her up. Highly recommended
