Just transitioned our home, auto and umbrella insurance to Plagemen Agency - American Family. WOW!!! What an incredible experience. Kathryn Hofman was absolutely wonderful to work with. We must have had over two dozen or more questions and she answered every single one with so much knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend this agency for things that matter the most, like protecting your family and assets.

Michael made the process of switching between carriers for all my policies seemless. Anyone who hasn't worked with an Agent is definitely missing out. All of the escrow changes and notifications to your bank and finance companies were a breeze. If you're like me, that thought alone was enough to keep me from switching. I am very glad I did.

Just purchased my first home. Michael was referred to me from a friend and did NOT disappoint. He was beyond informative throughout the whole process of what is covered, how, and how much it would cost. Michael made sure to point out the best way to get discounts while also maintaining the most amount of coverage. He’s made himself more than available for any of my question, concerns, or need for additional information. While I was in somewhat of a time restraint during my purchase, I am more than satisfied to have Michael and American Family Insurance on my side.

Plageman anc associates go out of their way to make available good options to consider. They know what I’m after and they work to get me there. One example is with a combination of insurance plans a discount paid for life insurance for my son! It was effectively a wash. If I added the policy I received a discount which paid for the plan. Loved it!

I am speechless…. I was taking care of very well by AFI…. Michael is professionally friendly, Bryan is amazing.. returns calls immediately he gets them and the others(ladies). Thanks to all of you. It was my first accident and I was totally lost… but I was guided through it all… and even though its been a little overwhelming.. AFI was just there to make it look like nothing. Thanks guys
