AVOID this business! Terrible workmanship and poor customer service. My vehicle was not put back together correctly after these guys worked on it. Interior panels were not put back into place. Externally, they tore off half of my roof trim and never replaced it. My bumper is missing clips to hold it in place. The right rear window rattles inside the door when it's rolled down. That never used to happen. This shop has a warranty for the work they do, but if what I got back from them is the "best" they can do, they will not touch my car again. I am taking my car somewhere else to fix problems that never existed.

I worked for this idiot and trust me if your a good worker do not work for him. Hed rather has idiot workers who don't know what they are foing there instead of people thatbknow what they are doing. Don't take my word for it just see if your color matches once they give you your car ??

Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. I was told my car would be ready by Friday. I told them I was putting off a trip to wait for my car so I could return the rental car I was using. Friday evening 5pm I had to call them to find out they were waiting on a part which wouldn’t be in until Monday. Turns out they knew it days before - they had contacted my insurance company to make sure they’d pay for the part.When I went to pick up my car they demanded payment by check but didn’t tell me that prior to me dropping off my rental car. Instead of letting me drop off a check they insisted they drive me to my house, wait for me to find my check book and then drive me back to their location.To top it off all the lights on my dashboard came on because they didn’t reset them after the body work which meant they needed my car for another full day to take care of that issue.Never again!

Terribly rude group of people. I was referred here by my insurance company. When I showed up for the estimate I was told to leave and not come back. Not sure how you could treat someone like that, but I'm writing this review to make others aware of the way this place treats people.

I've used Park Ridge Auto Body two times now for a rear spoiler paint/install and body work on my BMW, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They were super-easy to work with and knowledgeable on what needed to be done, ready for my car each time I brought it in, and the finish was on time with great looking results matching up the 3-stage paint on my car. Disappointing customer service. Went in for an estimate. Estimator was not wearing a mask in the front office, said everyone was at lunch, one car in front of me, and that he would get to mine when he could. He could not have been more unfriendly or upset to have a customer in the office. Wanted to use them as they are close and have a good reputation, but he clearly didn't share my feelings.
