The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. Jose assisted me and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions, he walked with me and showed me the products I was looking for. “They are the best around. I love that they keep a personal file of each of my rooms paint colors so I don't have to keep unwanted swatches laying around. Also they are great at making duplicate keys. The keys always work perfectly which isn't the usually the case.”
