“My physical therapist recommended that I buy a really good chair to prevent or reduce the lower back pain I get when sitting at my desk for a long time. The brand she recommended was sold at only one place in the Chicago area and I was incredibly lucky that the retailer happened to be Applied Ergonomics. I made an appointment with Jeff, the owner, who was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the perfect chair and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Although it is obviously more lucrative for Jeff to work with customers who are outfitting an entire office rather than buying just one chair, he made me feel welcome and spent a great deal of time having me try out different brands and models to make sure I got something that was very comfortable and supportive. My daughter, who was with me, was so impressed with Jeff's knowledge that she too decided to get fitted for a chair and also purchased an adjustable stand-up desk. Jeff's help didn't stop with the fitting. My daughter lives in LA and he spent a lot of time finding the most cost-effective way to have her desk and chair shipped from overseas to LA and delivered by a service where she could schedule a date and time that was convenient for her. My daughter and I were amazed how friendly and accommodating Jeff was. We would highly recommend Applied Ergonomics to anyone looking for higher-end chairs and desks and the service to match.”

Office Depot came through for me and I was able to get exactly what I needed for much less than any of the fancy planner/stationery companies on the internet.”

“We love going to this particular Office Depot for all our office supplies. We are usually greeted at the checkout by Mary, who is the friendliest, bubbliest, and helpful person here. She always greets us with a smile and a kind word. If discounts are available, she points them out to us and we love saving money this way! Also, the people at the print desk are very helpful and get the job done. They have even gone out of their way at times to help me solve printing problems with Adobe files, and produced beautiful, true, and perfectly colored copies for me. Great place to shop!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Office Depot in January 2022. Sydney and Melony in the copy and print department were wonderful! I sent a Calendar to be printed and I had forgotten to update all of the years to 2022 except for the first page. Sydney and Melony called me to see if I had made a mistake, and when I didn't answer they proactively updated all of the years, which was perfect! I honestly never would've expected this level of service from the Office Depot copy and print service, but Sydney and Melony really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!”
