I absolutely love F45. I joined Park Ridge after the locations I went to closed. They are all so nice and friendly. Love the environment. Only work out at F45 because it’s just so much fun!!!! I’m so happy I joined. The best decision I’ve ever made.

Awesome F45 location!!! It’s my home away from home F45. The owner Yana has made it a no brainer for me to choose this F45 as I spend about half of my time in Chicago. Definitely miss some of my fav trainers, Brisa and ZayZay BUT Iryna is the best and has been awesome, she consistently helps correct my form which is incredibly important to lift heavier.

One of the best things I’ve done lately. Super clean facility, excellent staff really enjoy working with Michael the studio manager... Been there about 3 months now, one of the best investments you can do. It is intimidating at first but then it becomes addicting. Give them a try!

This locations trainers deserve all 5 stars, but Zay Zay absolutely crushed it tonight! I have to leave him a review because of how attentive he was to my needs and he showed me some minor tweaks that enhanced my workout! This location overall has awesome trainers that are hands on an genuinely care on helping people.

F45 West Park Ridge is amazing! I have always been one who dreads working out, but ever since I joined F45 that is completely changed. I actually look forward to going every morning! The trainers are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and push me to do my best in those 45 minutes, Not to mention, I have fun while working out! I would highly recommend working out at F45 West Park Ridge to anyone!!

F45 West Park Ridge is by far my favorite studio I have ever been to! Coach Elijah and Coach B genuinely care about their students. They constant are pushing us to work harder and they want us to get the best results possible. Also, Yana the owner creates a very welcoming and friendly invite. Go to f45 if you want to get a great workout but also have fun!

I wanted to join F45 for awhile. Now that I work down the block, it was finally time. I signed up for the 3 classes for $15 trial. I had spoke to Yana and she answered any questions and I had and set me up for the trial with ease. I enjoyed my three classes and was able to get a Black Friday deal and am now locked in for six months. I have worked out with all the trainers and have had good experiences. ZayZay is the trainer I see the most and he has really helped me with form which is what I was really looking for joining F45. . I look forward to my next five months at F45 ?.

It has taken me a while to find the right gym classes that can accommodate my needs and schedule. F45 is THAT gym for me. It is a high quality facility with brand new equipments, excellent trainers (Zay-Zay, Elijah and Brisa) and diverse group class.I’ve never enjoyed working out and worked so much as much as I have with F45.

When I started at F45, I instantly became obsessed! I went from being someone who “hated” working out to trying to be at F45 a minimum of 4 to 5 times a week. The atmosphere and class set up is top notch. The trainers are extremely helpful and make sure you are really pushing yourself to reach your fullest potential. I HIGHLY recommend F45 West Park Ridge!

Joined in December and go several times per week. I enjoy the variety of the classes and they offer early mornings so you can go before work. Instructors are great at motivating you and ensuring your form is good.
