First of all, I never write reviews. Everyone wants us to support local businesses, which I always do, especially Edie; however, after today, I will no longer support nor shop there since they do not care about their customers. Two days ago, I purchased over $220 of items and after one hour of wearing my $138 spank pants, they snagged. I had them on for one hour and they refused to exchange them for me! That is not how you should run a business. I am very unhappy. Someone would buy them at a discounted price if they did do the exchange. I actually have never had a store not do an exchange for me ever.

Terrible return policy, tried to return a 75 dollar dress and they said you could only do store credit or exchange. I don’t live in the area. I Found the same dress at Nordstrom's for 20 dollars. Asked about a gift card and she said it can only be store credit. Then she said it was the managers policy and she doesn’t make the rules. Don’t ever shop here! Not worth it at all and a total rip off with over priced clothes.

Love this store! Can always find an outfit or 2 or 3. Amy the owner is very friendly and helpful as are the rest of her staff. Great variety of styles and sizes. EDDIE'S has beautiful blouses,sweaters,slacks,jeans,dresses,earrings, necklaces, bracelets,scarves, and purses! They even have lacey bralettes. Not sure on what to buy get a gift certificate! Definitely stop in you won't be disappointed!

Edie is such an amazing boutique, everyone is soo helpful, prices are right and the retail therapy is a must for the soul♡♡ **Also this store is super accessible so my daughter can shop freely in her wheelchair. The associate that helped us was an angel. She helped my daughter pick out bracelets and outfits so I could shop too. Thank you for making our Mother Daughter Day so special!! See you all again soon ♡♡

Cute store, have bought a ton of both clothing and jewelry here - cute and appropriate even for a 47 yr old mom, ha ha. Staff is friendly and they often have sales.

@libertyville location . Will never shop there again . Horrible customer service . Bought a dress 125$ brought it back in store for button in front at opening was sliding over to much and slit that button goes in is to large as perhaps due to dress being tried on a lot . Was told to get a tailor to fix it ? So I should spend more money on a dress that I just bought never worn?? They couldn't order another one they said nor offered perhaps a discount which any store would have done since the dress needed me to take it now to a tailor .

Fantastic selection of quality Boutique clothing and accessories! Atalie was a wonderful salesperson and the personalized service she provided made our shopping experience out of this world. She helped my daughter pick out specific outfits and Atalie really had an eye for fashion. I particularly like the fun and elegant way they display their clothing and beautiful accessories. The entire Boutique has an atmosphere that feels homey and makes you relaxed. Edie Boutique is a wonderful addition to the local shopping experience in downtown Park Ridge. #ShopLocal
