My family and I love CVS pharmacy. KARIN was extremely helpful, efficient, and had a beautiful demeanor. I will come to this CVS location, on Dempster in Par Ridge, just for KARIN and AHMAD! I appreciate the excellent customer service and I am extremely satisfied.

Worst patient pharmacist communication. The pharmacist is a young know it all but knows nothing on how to treat sick patients. Very sad, it's 2 mins from my house. Thought I had a great new pharmacy! The pharmacy employees are extremely short and rude. The last thing you want when you are sick. Gave me the wrong medication. I'm totally so disappointed. I will never go to the pharmacy again for help and support. I'd rather go back to Costco.

Horrible place, you can barley understand when talking on the phone, and make you wait 15+ minutes. They don’t care about customers.

Spectacular incompetence! Not certain if this CVS is struggling with on going staff shortages or if they have a general disregard for patients. The drive through line experience can take over an hour away from your day just to initiate a conversation. When you do talk to someone they make you feel like you are a bother. The team is always confused. Picking up medicine has turned into a DMV experience.

I have yet to experience any major issues. Been using this CVS for about a year. Wait times can be a bit long, though. This never seems to be on the fault of the staff. I've only ever seen 2 people working the pharmacy at a time.Being so close to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, you'd think they'd be more on their game... What are you even doing, CVS?

I had a per scheduled appointment for my PCR COVID 19 test for upcoming travel. I reached there on time and I was told their system is down. I went back later and I was told by their pharmacist that entire CVS system is down and that they will not be able to accommodate me. I was lied that their system is down. When I requested that they call near by CVS to accommodate me, they lied that entire CVS system was down. I called their Northbrook location and they said come in. They are turning patients away because they don't want to be bothered and provide service for COVID19 test. Since I called store manager Farooq and spoke to pharmacy manger Marie , no one wants to comment. I asked is I can come there later today I was not accommodated, I was told I need to go online and make an appointment. CVS Park Ridge has very poor service and now they are lying too

If there was a negative scale, that is the rating I would give. Numerous times we logged online to set up delivery. Did not happen. Then we called and they said they would mail the prescription. Never happened. Very clueless operation!Where is corporate when you need them!

It’s a really sketchy CVS. I always call beforehand to make sure these pharmacies have at least a week or so to fill prescriptions since the field is super Swamped right now. This CVS is the only one I have had issues with. You go to pick up prescriptions and they will say that “the doctor has placed a hold on it so they won’t fill it” and you tell them that they said they’d fill it over the phone a week ago with no issues. So then they tell you that “they can’t find the prescriber which is why they can’t fill the medication”. Then they say “they are having trouble processing it”. So which is it then, CVS? Always excuses to not fill scripts and long wait times after they are forced to do their jobs. I need to find a new pharmacy.

They have not enough help. I had to wait 20 minute to pick up my just a pick up medication while i was only 3rd one in line.I asked manager about this he said he can restock the madication if i dont like or i can go somewhere else but no remorse for lousey service.I and lady behind me couldnt stand that long because we are old. Customer service on pharmacy counter no priority. Everybody is filling prescription or on phone.I guess when manager dont care then who cares. Fellow employees follows the foot step of management.Sorry for this place.

After waiting around for the cashier to finally decide to wait on us the cashier tries to double charge me for an item. And then he refused to take off the second charge; I can see the display I know it's on there twice.Find another CVS or a Walgreens.

They ignored me even after saying excuse me but they were lazy and not doing anything but on there phone. I just want to get my second dose of the covid shot and want to ask if they can do walk-in which they can.
