Very disorganized teller service when there are more than two customers waiting. Today, I was waiting patiently, I sat down because my legs hurt when standing too long and then all of a sudden a young girl walks past four of us and gets service at the teller window. Really inconsiderate and the teller should of told her that other people were waiting. I hate coming here but I have to, in order to pay my credit card bill, once it's paid off, I'm done with this bank. No drive-up window like PNC bank and they don't even open up until 10am.

Very poor service.We came in the middle of the day when they should not be too busy to help us make simple changes to our account and we are told to wait five to ten minutes for a banker to assist.After waiting 20 minutes we are then told that out would be another 15 minute wait which probably means at least 30 minutes based on the inaccurate estimate we were previously given.Not sure why the manager would not just help us with our account instead of just saying “I’m sorry maybe you should make an appointment “We don’t have all day so hopefully we won’t die before they make time for us to add a beneficiary to the account… which is something that should have been asked when we initially set up the account anyway.

We were lucky to have Christina solve a complex banking operation. She explained everything well and did everything to deliver the highest customer satisfaction. She was very patient and helped us make the correct choice.

One of their more attractive, meticulously designed locations. With Citi, depending on where the location is nestled determines how much coin is spent. Wish they made / updated all of their banks the same. Chicago could use upgrades and those locations see higher volumes of use. Since this isn't Chase, there's ease to getting appointments with bankers and/ or conducting business with tellers.

Was able to achieve what was needed to be accomplished but the immediate customer service from Jasmine was poorly lacking. Customer's interaction with Jasmine before me was pleasant not sure why demeanor had changed instantaneously.

First off, I want to point out that I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. With that in mind, I need to advise anyone banking at this branch to go straight to Patryk for your needs if possible. He is extremely helpful and courteous. The 2 girls who run the tellers are so rude you just feel bad for them. I even said hello today and she just stared at me until I proceeded to tell her my reason for the visit. Doesn’t matter the transaction type, time of day, or the size of your need, they couldn’t care less and have no problem treating you accordingly. I have 2 accounts with citi and it’s just really unfortunate this particular branch is my least favorite as it is the closest to my house.

This was my first and probably the last time I am visiting this branch. Some front desk executives, like the one at this branch, don’t understand that they are the first representative of a place/branch. The girl sitting at the front desk (Concierge Banker) was rude. She probably is under the impression that she is beautiful and can act the way she want and will be welcomed. She is ugly with several layers of make up on her face and can turn anyone off with her behavior. I will pray that one day she goes out with loads of makeup and it rains on her face so that people will see her reality (ugly). One day her boss will also open his/her eyes. Never go to this branch.

Amazing customer service!!!! Welcomed with a smile by the teller. Introduced to a business banker Derek Giannetto in 2 min. Helped me open a new businesd saving account in 20 min . INCREDIBLE BRANCH, SERVICE, TELLER, BUSINESS BANKER- DEREK!!!!
