Would not recommend this bank! The customer service is absolutely deplorable and there is absolutely no diversity or inclusion. This is why I selected Citi Bank instead!

I met with a banker Eric Wendt which is why I have to leave a review because no one else deserves to potentially have the same terrible, disregard I experienced.He was supposed to help with one of my accounts, instead of listening to my needs he pushed a different type of account on me - and rather than wait for my verbal approval went ahead and changed it anyway. I sat there frozen in disbelief. There was another instance, rather than listening to my needs he continued to push his opinion on how I chose to pay my bills. And then right in front of my eyes, he started drafting an email to another employee while writing incorrect assumptions about my situation. He also pushed refinancing a loan in this email - something that is absolutely unfounded whether he wants to play dumb that there are other options given my circumstances or to do what is in the best interest of the bank and not the clients. I’ve never felt so disregarded by a place I trust like I did through his “assistance.”

I think the time has come for me to move to a different bank!I went in for some issue with my online banking. Went into a cubicle and after 10/15 min of punching keys, the employee wasn't able to find out. Pretty inept, but ok, he needs a job. I got up, and left. Walking to my car, I thought let me go back and leave my phone number so the manager can call me. I see that same employee is huddled with another employee and looking at the monitor. He looks up and calls me to his cubicle. I find out he still has my account open. Why is that, I ask. Oh, I'm just putting notes in. Ok, I become suspicious. If nothing nefarious is going on, why lie. The thing is, this is not the first time I felt a lot of bad vibes in this bank.....time to move on!

Busy branch. I get that part. however, after I waited in line for my turn, the teller lady A apparently didn’t want to take care of me and pushed me to teller lady B. Lady B was having issues with a prior customer and I was forced to wait my turn. 10 mins later, Lady B still dealing with prior customer while the teller lady A took care 3-4 people who were in line behind me. Seems super unfair. Never going back to that branch.

Absolutely hate chase bank commercial where the goolish girl walks around breaking and smashing everything she gets her hands on. Who would think this kind of behavior is acceptable, it repulsed me and glad I don't do business with chase if they promote violence and foolishness in the commercials. WE wonder why people and kids are so violent. Disgraceful chase bank

This branch has poor customer service! Came in to get something notarized and waited almost an hour after employee kept saying 10 more minutes multiple times. Finally asked if they could call another location to see if they were not busy and had notarys available. It took quite a long time for her to get a response and she came back with "maybe" they can notarize you. Went to wintrust and left within 15 minutes. This location made me want to close my account as you can see from the poor customer service this location continues to provide I've the years. I would love to close my account but so many of my contacts use chase. I'm not sure why this location puts mediocre employees in such a busy location?

Terrible service. Slow, disrespectful and racist. We waiting over 40 min for help and multiple people were walking around not doing anything. People were taken before us despite us asking multiple times for help. If this happens again I will remove all my accounts and boxes from chase.

Going to the bank always feels inconvenient but with tellers like Ibrahim, I actually look forward to my trips. He is kind, helpful, and always has a smile! I greatly appreciate him making a mundane task more enjoyable!
