Bank teller was cool really nice and helpful. Waiting on a banker was trash. I saw one walking around drinking water as of he was in an Aquafina commercial. This branch trash...

TL;DR: Not helpful; Disorganized; Racist branch as the notary was only interested in being friendly to the stereotypical Park Ridge folks. They don't do Employer Verification.Long Story:Environment:Upon Entering, it is not clear where you go for triage. There is a round table and then a seating area. I walked in and no one was standing there nor was there an area to sign up for help. Please note that there was no one in the seating area waiting either.I went in line for the teller and waited patiently as I waited to speak with someone. The lady guides me to take a seat and then said she will find someone. There is now a person sitting there waiting for help as well. It is clear that it is confusing as to what folks are supposed to do when they need non-teller help.Male Privilege on Display:Enter M.T. with the Teller and he said who needed help? The other person waiting - white male - said "well I was sitting here"... and M.T. was more than happy to help him. This irks me since I am a non-white female and I waited in that long line to get help. That Teller got M.T. and instead of helping me, he assists this other person instead. He invites this person in with the "how are yous" and talks about sports and games... he happily brings this person back and helps him.He then walks that gentleman out and then looks at me, smile fades and says, "okay, what did you need?".Employer Verification:I share that my employer sent me a link to verify I-9 documents and before sitting down he tells me that I might as well leave. "I-9? What for?"M.T. Informs me that Chase cannot verify I-9 Documents for remote workers. It is something that they would "never do" and he has "never heard of this". He tells me he has never heard of my remote employer. My new employer sends a link that a person can fill out online. The employer informed me that my bank can help with this if I cannot find a neighbor or friend to do it.He reads the directions and tells me "okay, no. I can't do any of this. I have never heard of Chase bank doing these things and Chase would never agree to do these things"."Understood... I called other banks and they said they can help me if I was a customer. I am a customer here...""Oh sure you are, but there's nothing I can do to help you. Thanks..." Gets up and escorts me out. Before I'm out of his line of sight, he is very eager and pleasant to help the next in line with a Hello, 'My name is...' and handshakes.Inefficiencies:I walked in around 4:10. I left around 4:45 and spent most of my time looking for help than being helped.I had to look for someone in line and to still wait these people want to focus on their target audience. They are the biggest bank right now, so they dont care about any one's opinions and they don't care if they start losing customers. I hope to anyone reading this - 1) if you fit the park ridge demographic, you're fine. 2) if you don't have a light complexion, go to another location.

I find the employees at this branch incompetent and just simply lazy. We opened an additional account with Emily. She assured us that the accounts we have would be linked and monthly fees would be avoided if all criteria are met. It turns out the accounts could not be linked as she set it up. We stopped by later for her to finish setting up auto deposits and waited while we were told that she was waiting for a client. 26 minutes later still no client. At that point we talked to her and told this was unacceptable that nobody could help us. It seems that they are nice at this branch when you open an account, but after you are ignored. Must be a quota requirement for new accounts. As we were leaving she loudly and sarcastically told us “goodbye, and you have a really nice day!” We went to the Niles branch where we were told that the account was set up by Emily incorrectly. It’s alarming that people who are incompetent and unprofessional like Emily are handling our accounts and our finances. Chase may not care about this review, but if you are thinking about going to this branch, don’t! Consider going to a different bank where you are treated with respect.

Three times I went to get cash out of the drive up ATM and it said it wasn't able to give cash at this time and then I into the back walk in ATM not the one in the back itself and it said transaction denied and then I walk into the bank and told them about the problem and they just looked and laughed. I told the one lady about the problem and she said there was money in those machines and then I showed her the printed receipts. There was a ATM by the counter and I wanted to draw out $500 and it came out in 5 dollars bills and I asked the same girl why that happened. Her answer was I don't know. If this happens one more time I am taking my $90,000 plus out of that bank and going right down the street to Bank of America

Beware of this branch! There was a serious breach of my account information because of an error made by one of the bankers. The staff only made excuses and showed no concern over a serious situation. I have been a Chase customer for 25 years and received no apology or explanation. I concur with the other reviews that point out that there is a systemic issue with this branch.

David, and the Asian lady at this bank are beyond corrupt. They need to be fired or this whole branch needs to be closed.

Very convenient location. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Ask for Dan O'Neil. He helped me out several times with transferring accounts and with an out of state home purchase. Personable and knowledgeable.

I come to these bank with my valid photo ID on my cell phone with the chase app unlocked by my finger with all my personal banking information to get a 30 dollar withdrawal. There own private banker said i can use these info at the Taylor. But the woman with a ungrateful attitude told me that a private banker which is higher ranked in the banking business is wrong. These types of low education woman should be mopping up floors and now counting people hard earned money . Wtong banking experience i ever had at a chase branch over 15th year's

The two stars are for the wonderful, friendly, helpful tellers at this branch. I dislike coming in this branch because I rarely see a smiling , welcoming face from the manager or the people in the offices. Once partnered with a personal banker it's fine.

The woman who I believe was the manager was rude. I went in to inquire about a new checking account and she was reluctant to helping me with no justified reason. Overall a bad and uncomfortable experience. I shouldn't feel that way about visiting my local branch. 2 stars because the tellers I first encountered were nice and helpful.
