I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. Turns out the previous shop I went to was intensely deceitful, price gouging me and urging me to fix things that don’t need fixing, while beating around the bush with things that *actually* need fixing.Everyone at Rolando’s is so kind and honest, especially Rachel, who I worked with most of the time. During one incident, she even called the previous shop who was trying to screw me over, explaining that the work they did is what created the problem in the first place.
