WARNINGMy mother has dementia. Bank allowed two people with her to change her account, twice. They knew she had dementia. The incident has been reversed by BMO downtown Chicago after months of fighting, and we still lost money.

Branch never answers the phone. Last week went in to withdraw cash, teller was texting on her cell. Today I went in to try and talk to someone. Completely ignored, I walked out. Will try another branch.
