I met Stephanie Anguiano yesterday. She helped my 97 year old aunt with her accounts. Stephanie was professional, efficient and helpful. She was extremely patient and respectful of my aunt. Stephanie is an outstanding employee and a valuable asset to Bank of America.

Absolutely ridiculous that there is one teller and one window in this entire building and no one seems to be able to answer the phones. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can proudly say I would never have such weak customer service at my job.

Had an appointment, the older lady hounded me about my name and info. they do not follow social distancing procedures literally was in my face talking. Date switched to another time to meet with advisor, rude staff. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The best customer service employees like Ms Amina boot walla and Cornelia are the best. Ms boot walla was so much welcoming and kind in helping in all your banking needs. I felt humiliated here.I made my first visit two months ago cause I wanted information to open an account. Sara was amazingly kind and we talked a lot about my profile and what fits on my needs. I was also introduced to the manager cause I planned open with a big amount. They were nice then. They also offered me a credit card.I came back ready today and Sara was not there. A woman came to me, I explain that I was ready and that I already agreed with someone and she told me she have to ask someone else availability. Everything looked normal but instead she came back and asked for proof of residency, I told her I was legal and that I already checked my profile with Sara and I gave my receive with my address. She said we could not open any account. Cause is just for residents and that was not enough proof. If that is i will take it, but don't make me fool telling me yes one day and then NO weeks later. I have to say am legal and I mentioned clearly what I could bring and not last time I was there.Last time they said I was ready to open my account. Now me and my money were rejected.The worst was when I said I would check another Bank, an ironic "hope you can" made me feel very humiliated ...BOA could be anything but diversity and empathy.Anything you can reply to this is public relations speech. Hopefully the manager who was giving me a welcome two months ago read this.
