False advertisement. Every time I have went to this location, they have given me trouble with adding funds to my Fanduel account that allows you to do at any 7/11 at anytime. They always say they can't do it or only a manager can do it and my luck each time the manager was not there to do it. Every other 7/11 I've been to has no problems simply scanning the bar code and adding the funds. Not cool.

easy access from the interstate. Well maintained establishment. Clean restroom altho locked and you have to ask for the key.. Well stocked aisles. The person at the counter may appear constipated, but he is a nice guy.

The owner didn't renew his liquor license and had months to do it. I used to buy there a couple times a week. Never again. And I thought they were supposed to be open on Christmas. There were many people who came by that were disappointed. There's also a really nasty woman who works in the morning. Owner clearly doesn't care at all about customers.

Was sold defective Vuse pods. I purchased the pods and opened them in front of the cashier becuase I have had this same issue before. They were all discolored. I said these are bad and was then told no refunds or exchanges, despite no written or verbal notice that I would be stuck with a faulty product.

This place has become 7-Eleven, every time in Chicago 7-Eleven buys out gas station or it's just 7-Eleven they are restroom is always out of order or something. No restroom, no business
