Wow where do I begin. First let's talk about the labor/work. This bodyshop went above and beyond my expectations in handling my repairs. I would highly recommend this business based upon the services provided alone. My next reason for recommending this business is because my custom car was damaged while being parked by a person with insurance under a major well-known insurance corporation. The insurance corporation insisted to the bodyshop how it believed it should go about the repair and parts because some parts were discontinued and it would cost too much says the coproration. This went on for weeks but luckily for me and my car the competent bodyshop personnel, managers, and even the owners have a customer-consumer first based approach in their business. The body shop was able to get the correct part and I'm extremely satisfied.

My personal experience with this shop was nothing but a warm welcome and positive vibes from the staff. They are very friendly, and professional from the beginning and end. My car was well taken care of, and Iam really happy with time and management that led to fix all the issues. They keep you up to date with your cars status and needs.
I highly, highly recommend this shop for all my friends and family, and to all.

I appreciated their open communication with me as my vehicle was sent here through the dealership I bought the car from. I was having issues with communication from the dealership as to what was going in with my vehicle. When I called Park city transmission to inquire about my car and it's repairs they were understanding and open about all communication. I really needed that as it was a stressful time and I wasn't getting much information from the dealership I had bought it from. Thanks for your open communication it goes a long way!

I’ve never had such a great experience with a mechanic shop until now, Agustin (Owner) of the shop was extremely helpful in answering all my questions & I’ve never had any issues with my car after he takes care of it like previous mechanics I’ve went too. If I could rate this 10 starts I would highly recommend!

Mixed feelings. They were outsourced from the place I bought my vehicle from and had to fix the transmission. Said they did a full rebuild but had issues again pretty quickly. Our dealership told me multiple times I had a 12,000 mile warranty but when it came down to the nitty gritty of getting my car back to be fixed. It changed to a six month warranty so I could no longer get it fixed. Miss communication between dealership and mechanic maybe? Dealership won't respond to my phone calls and so I'm just SOL. ?♀️

To all of you out there that work hard for your money and value your hard earned money, I strongly advise you not to go to this place.. it's horrible and so is the customer service.. the owner hung up in my face after asking about my truck that I paid them to fix and they did not fix anything and now I have to get my lawyer involved... I even showed the owner a video of where the problem was clear as day and they still took it upon themselves to fix on something I didn't even need and guess?? what my truck is still leaking antifreeze after paying $500 for the problem to be fixed.. DONT NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.. every person I have recommended to this place has left DISAPPOINTED.. it's obvious you have to be Latino to get good service from this place?
