Bought a couple of glazed ceramic planters today (many similar planters to those pictured are currently marked down by 25%, just FYI). One kind staff member offered to push one of my carts for me because I was juggling my 2 year old. Also, saw <what I think> is a watchful Cooper’s Hawk sitting in a tree outside the parking lot. “Only reason why I give Home Depot 4/5 Stars is due to their unwillingness (on a corporate level) to accept NFC Payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
For the record… at this point, ALL three of Home Depot’s direct big-box competitors; Lowe’s, Menards, and Ace Hardware; accept Apple Pay. HD is one of the few-remaining retail companies who continue to take this stubborn stance.
I know this is a corporate issue, but it’s still a bit ridiculous that there are places where I can’t pay with my digital wallet in 2024.
Otherwise, great selection, clean store, and friendly service. The usual to be expected at HD. ?”
