Mr. Jose fixed it right away the first time. What needed to be fixed, he fixed. The air conditioning needed a new valve and the timing needed to be changed out with a tensioner. Last year I brought it to a mechanic in Waukegan and the mechanic didn't fix the timing belt and tensioner properly. Jose did it right the first time. Super nice family Guy. He's my new mechanic. Smart dude. Good heart.

I have been a customer for numerous car issues. Today, I had a steering wheel fluid problem, and they gave me a big discount for a time inconvenience. Jose and staff were super helpful and friendly! I will continue to come to them for future issues I may have.

Drove from Michigan to Six Flags. My car was making a horrible noise by the time we got there. Jose’s repair shop wasn’t open but they got me right in, fixed it and didn’t charge me! As a single mom/dad, I am so grateful ? They were so kind and I would highly recommend them!!! Thanks again!

I went in today and asked if Jose could repair a freon leak and recharge my A/C for my Ford Explorer. Not only did they provide excellent service, but I was also given a 10% Military discount!

Zero Stars if I could. Under no circumstance should you have Jose do any body work of any kind. I will add a detailed review later. Broken parts, loose bolts, bad paint job and a long wait time.

The team over at Jose auto repair are very kind and helpful answered all my questions and did a 10/10 job on my car they said it would take two hours and they got it done in one hour I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

Everything about this interaction/transaction was top notch. When I called, they gave me a solid quote and were also able to come get my car (needed to be towed - no start). Then they fixed same day. When I picked it up, the price was the same as the quote. Very fair pricing. Then he also explained what had to be done. Everything ran smooth.
This is all I want, is fair pricing, quick work, and be able to ask my questions. They've earned a new loyal customer in me. This will be my car shop moving forward.
